Prestressed Concrete Production in the Factory

We supply all installation components, machines and accessories for prestressing on casting beds. They include the permanent components, such as abutment anchor posts, transverse anchor plates etc.
Also when choosing mobile stressing equipment, our large product range always provides the appropriate solution (see also under "Planning and advice"):

Pump units as the universal drive unit for stressing jacks, steel cutters etc.
Wire/strand pushing machines for feeding the prestressing steel into the formwork
Single-wire stressing jacks from 30 to 300 kN prestressing force (see table).
Screw jacks for the exact stressing of short prestressing wires
Twin ram jacks for stressing mono strands can be applied from above
Detensioning cylinders from 200 to 10000 kN for uniform force transmission
Special detensioning anchors have been developed and supplied for sliding mould production which allows the slideformer to pass over

: Single-wire stressing jack

The wide range of single-wire stressing jacks (see table) for different prestressing forces and strokes plus powerful pump units provides the appropriate machines for every application.

The mini stressing jacks are suitable for short pre-stressing bed production on sizes 3 to 7 mm dia. wire/strand in the production such as fencing posts and for universities / schools for training purposes.

The mini jack is usually supplied with hand pump or mini pump unit but of course the mini jack can be used with any pump unit supplied by Paul.
